REGISTRATION
Registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis and seats are limited.
Advance registration is recommended for all classes.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All registration is subject to availability.
All classes, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice.
The instructor has the right to remove students from classes if they are disruptive.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
Art Classes payment is due in full at time of registration.
Customers who withdraw more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course will be issued a full refund, minus the service fee.
Customers who withdraw less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course will be issued a credit for Crimson Art Studio
For a class that is 6 week in length, a withdrawal is allowed before the start of the second class, minus the service fee and a $30 administration fee.
For class that is 12 weeks in length, a withdrawal is allowed before the start of the second class, minus the service fee and a $30 administration fee.
Absence does not constitute a withdrawal.
Courses are not transferable.
Withdrawal requests must be done by telephone through the Contact Centre at 709-640-0837
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
To ensure that we are able to run your preferred classes, we recommend that you enrol at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
In the event of course cancellation, registrants will be notified one week prior to the scheduled commencement of the course and a full refund will be given.
WEATHER/CANCELLATION INFORMATION
If Corner Brook schools are closed we will be closed, listen to K-rock around 7am the day of your class.
SCENTS
In consideration of those in the studio who may have allergies and chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products.
COMMISSIONED ART WORK AND PRIVATE PARTIES
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
